All individuals and teams must register for the contest prior to submitting their application/idea. Registrations will be accepted through Friday, June 11, 2010 at Noon. Team entries are limited to four individual names per entry form and all participants must either live, work or attend an educational institution in the EGA. 

When submitting your application/idea participants will be required to provide the primary email address submitted during registration.
