All individuals and teams must register for the contest prior to submitting their application/idea. 

Registered participants may submit their application or idea through June 11, 2010 at noon by completing and submitting the information as defined in the Contest Rules. 

If submitting an idea, please complete an Idea Form, and upload with the Idea submission.
